Deed Bk 12,Pg 556 27 Dec 1860: Alfred H Wells for one dollar to (see names on map) lot for a burying ground as follows: beginning at the south westerly corner of the in corner of wall, 8 ft 8 in southwesterly from the south corner of the old burying ground lot at the Sand Hill, south on the face side of wall 109 ft to the corner north 44 degrees E with the face of wall 81 ft to the corner wall, N 46 degrees W with the face of wall 105 ft to 1st bound together with the privileges for the owners of the burying ground to pass and repass to a lot at the southwesterly corner to the highway for the occupancy and enjoyment of said burial lot.
