CommentJames Arnold visited this lot 24 Mar 1880, (his #40): "Between house of Stephen Arnold and Ebenezer Brown in open lot [probably west of the norther pond] a yard entirely unprotected a few graves so far obliterated or impossible to count Heard that they were colored but were not certain. We doubt in a few years will entirely obliterate them beyond human identification."
