CommentRecorded by James Arnold 20 Mar. 1880, his #7. "South of the old Tripp burial ground (on preceeding page) [EX120] is an old Indian burial ground impossible to number or mark position graves many, ground covered with timber of large growth. About 30 rods [500 ft.] south from burial yard IV [EX120]." This burial ground was reported to the Narragansett indian tribe in 1999. 500 ft south of EX120. Looked for in 1993 but could not locate. Should be west of Route #2 at NEL pole #1608 1/2.
