Commenttranscribed by James Arnold Mar 20, 1880. "East of Daniel Sweet's house …walled and faced in good order." That description would put this cemetery on or near the grounds of the Veteran's Cemetery. The stones described by James Arnold are now located in 2 separate plots at the Elm Grove Cemetery in North Kingstown. This cemetery was found, registered and recorded by John Sterling & James Good for their 1994 book on Exeter cemeteries.
