This lot is 100 ft northeast of the Ladd School laundry building at the edge of a sod field. The 3 Hazard stones found by James Arnold in 1880 are missing in 1992; but there are 3 sandstone bases directly outside the cemetery fence. One held a marble stone 20" wide and 3" thick. There are parts of a marble stone stone 5" thick near one of the bases. James Arnold recorded this lot 22 Mar 1880 (his #19) "On land now owned by Thomas H. Peckham a distance north of his house a burial yard of the Hazard family, lot fenced with granite posts and iron rails." This cemetery was found, registered and recorded by John Sterling & James Good for their 1994 book on Exeter cemeteries.
