Richard Schartner acknowledges the cemetery but won't give permission to transcribe it in 1992. It was transcribed by James Arnold 23 Mar 1880 (his #37). "A brown burial yard poorly protected in lot north west corner a short distance from Benjamin L. Arnold house." This burial ground contains three children of Ebenezer and Almy G Brown. Joshua F. was a Civil War soldier who died at Camp at Newport News in 1862. Albert G. was a Civil War soldier who died in Camp Washington in 1863. Removed to Elm Grove Cemetery in North Kingstown Lot 275, granite monument with parents. This cemetery was found, registered and recorded by John Sterling & James Good for their 1994 book on Exeter cemeteries.
