This lot is located 10 feet north of Plainfield Pike at telephone pole #141. It is 25 ft x 40 ft, in excellent condition, and enclosed with a stone wall. The historic cemetery sign is in good condition. There are eight burials with four inscribed stones. It is on the tax assessor’s map #313, lot #17. James N. Arnold visited this cemetery on 8 Aug. 1905 and noted, “Directly opposite the above [Josiah Gibbs Lot-CY007], beside the road, lot walled and yard in good order” (Vol. 6, Book B, page 1146). Charles and Martha Benns also recorded this lot in 1933, their #145. Recorded by Dr. Bill Eddleman and John Sterling for a 1998 book
