CommentThis cemetery was removed from Roger Williams Park to Pocasset Cemetery where there is a granite monument. James Arnold visited this lot 21 Sep 1890 (Vol 3, Pg 53) On the south side of Roger Williams Park a short distance from the horse railroad stables in an open field which had a protection once of a board fence, a burial lot of the Jenison family, yard very much neglected. Henry, Abby S and children removed to Pocasset Cemetery with a granite monument Recorded in 1880 by Frank Williamson: east side of Elmwood Ave. in Cranston just south of Roger Williams Park.
