CommentLocated just south of #640 Phenix Ave. and south of Highland St. James Arnold visited this lot 19 Jul 1891, Vol 1, p. 3. On the Furnace Road nearly opposite the farm house of Eliel Barber, formerly known as the King Farm, yard fenced pickets are in good condition, yard some neglected. Recorded in 1932 by Charles & Martha Benns, their #103. Registered and recorded by John Sterling July 2001.
