James Arnold recorded this lot 12 Jul 1891 (Vol 2, Pg 213) On the farm lately owned by Elisha A Lawton south of his house and farm buildings but protected with granite posts and iron rails, yard in good condition. Recorded by Charles & Martha Benns in 1930, their #6.
