CommentLocated between #11 and #25 Laconia Road. James Arnold recorded this lot 23 Nov 1890, vol 2, pg 13, in lot surrounded by a fence of granite posts and iron rails at Peirce's Corners, so called, a short distance southeast on the east side of the road in plain view of the road.
