CommentRemoved to Cranston cemetery #34 27 Oct 1959 Benns # 158 - about 1/4 mile from CR032 on Phenix Ave. James Arnold recorded this lot 19 Jul 1891 (Vol1; Pg 1) On the farm of Joseph Watson formerly known as the Caleb Colvin place in open field without protection is a small yard where we find the following. The Cranston Public Library Inscriptions from Gravestones, Cranston R. I. (Arnold, James N. (James Newell), 1844-1927. Cranston, RI: Oak Lawn Public Library, 1913 [RI947.51 CRA ARN]) Volume 1, Page 714 following Mrs. Patience Edwards is the note: To the right a space a full grave with rude stones only at the feet of which are two or three small graves the same It is uncertain whether the bodies associated with these rude stones and graves were relocated or whether they remain in their original location.
