CommentLocated in the southeast corner of the intersection of Scituate Ave. and Pippen Orchard Road. It is 110 feet northeast of Pippen Orchard Road and 200 feet southeast of Scituate Ave. James Arnold visiteed this lot 5 Jul 1891 at the Pippin Orchard four corners, a few rods southeast from the school house and in sight, a small yard in which are a few evergreens, yard fenced and in good order granite posts and rails. Recorded in 1931 by Benns #4, 1995 by John Sterling
