| Comment | Located in the southwest corner of the intersection of Hope Road and Lippitt Ave. Across the road from farm at #1281 Hope Road. It is 225 feet south of Hope Road and 325 feet west of Lippitt Ave.
James Arnold visited this lot 19 Aug 1891, Vol 1, pg 134), on the William Lippitt farm in sight of the road, lot fenced with granite posts and iron rails, a burial yard of the family, yard in good condition.
Charles & Martha Benns recorded this lot in 1937, their #728.
