CommentBehind Pole # 20 which is to the right of House # 520. Walk 150 feet on private drive to pole # 20 – 31 (20A1). Cemetery is 15 feet behind this pole. Granite posts (many are broken) and no rails. Cemetery was overgrown and in an absolutely terrible, pitiful condition with most of the gravestones down, broken and half buried. The cemetery has been cleaned and in 2015 gravestone conservation was completed. All stones have been reset/repaired including the slate stone of Asahel Keech which was smashed into 55 pieces. The top part of this stone has not been found. The slate stone of Betsey Keech was found 30 feet away from its original location buried 18’ deep. No mow grass seed has been planted in this cemetery so that it will require minimal maintenance and upkeep in the future.
