Arnold: "in this yard we are told is buried Major Ebenezer Adams one of Prescott capturers who died while living on this farm suddenly of apoplexy. This farm once belonged to Judge William Potter a prominent convert of Jeremiah Wilkinson. There is some speculation that he may be buried in cemetery #SK031 where there is a stone for him, but Arnold is probably correct on this point. This monument is constructed into an 18 foot tall monolith of rounded stones cemented together. There is a marble plaque that is inscribed: "Ebenezer Adams - Captain of Artillery in the War of the Revolution - by Narragansett Chapter Daughters of the American Revolution."
