NotesDr. Fiske served as a hospital surgeon in General Sullivan's Expedition against RI, soon after the Revolution he was elected a Judge of the Common Pleas. In 1823 he was chosen President of the RI Medical Society which office he held several years. this is a porous stone with a surface like marble. [SAR: Surgeon of 3rd Battalion Providence Co. Militia, in Sullivan's Expedition 1778]
