This cemetery was removed to Brayton Cemetery (WK034 section E) in Apponaug sometime between 1895 and 1933 when it was recorded by Arnold and Benns. James Arnold recorded this cemetery 8 May 1895 and noted, “At Apponaug on south side of Cove on the brow of the hill in open lot, unprotected” (Vol. 29, p. 165). Charles and Martha Benns recorded these gravestones in 1933 at Brayton Cemetery, their #168. Identified, registered and recorded by John Sterling for a book on Warwick cemeteries.
