CommentWest of the Tillinghast Pond and west of Plain Road. 150 feet into the woods behind (west side) a large cleared lot. There is a stone wall with granite posts on the south side. Recorded by Blanche Albro in the 1970s "between Rathbun home & property of Glen Avon Estate. Damaged by forest fire in 1942" GPS coordinates 41 deg. 38' 53.2"N x 71 deg. 45' 39.4"W
