Comment | Transcribed by James N Arnold August 28, 1919 (Vol 25, pp 117-118). He
describes lot as follows:
"On the Elder Joshua Winsor farm in open pasture not protected, we
found the following."
The transcription also contained the following handwritten note:
"Three of these stones moved to T. K. Winsor cemetery off Austin Ave,
Greenville by T. K. Winsor in 1948, the only stones remaining then. K. K.
Moore 8/21/64."
This lot is 1948 was referred to as being on the Appleby property, Pleasant
View Ave. Housing development in the area prompted the move.
According to letter from KK Moore dated 26 Sept 1976, 4 graves were removed
to SM032*. These were the graves of Elder Joshua, his two wives Mary &
Deborah, and son Joshua. What happened to the other graves is uncertain.
Ethel M White transcribed some of the stones in this lot April 18, 1937.
"Pleasantview Ave (Old Spragueville Rd) in the field-pasture for cows."
