CommentGeorge H. Richardson (GHR) notes that the bodies from this cemetery had been moved to the "Methodist Ground" (probably PO007) by the time of his visit in 1887. At that time there was only "one stone left to a colored woman" (Richardson Scrapbook 974, p. 23). A contemporary Beers map shows J. Cross' farm across what is now Bayview from PO505 and PO506.
