CommentLocated 300 feet north of Glen Road, behind house #156 Glen Road, behind the garage at tel pole #13 on Glen Road. Granite posts and rails on south and east boundary and stone wall on west and north boundary. Recorded by George H. Richardson (GHR) in 1892. His records at NHS include a sketch which shows this lot north and slightly east of the Fish Ground, across Glen Road from the Cook Burying Ground. In addition to the three recorded stones, he noted "several graves no stones," though one may wonder how he knew. The anonyomous author of "Rhode Island Tombstone Inscriptions" at RIHS recorded the same three stones circa 1900. He described the location as "John Coggeshall farm, Glen Road." Also transcribed by Benns,#476, circa 1935.
